to the stars and top restaurateur Michael Bonacini has been named the "Celebrity Chef" for the 2nd Annual Niagara Wine Weekend & Auction (NWA), taking place June 13-15, 2008. The three-day event gathers Ontario's finest vintners and top-notch chefs for an unforgettable epicurean experience set amidst the beautiful backdrop of Niagara-on-the-Lake and supports SickKids Foundation and the St. Catharines General Hospital Foundation.
A culinary dream team has been assembled to craft the highly anticipated menu for the weekend's crown affair, the Gala Dinner & Dance.
Celebrity Chef Michael Bonacini will collaborate with NWA Gala Dinner Executive Chef Jason Parsons, to conceptualize an awe-inspiring menu that delivers impact and outstanding flavour combinations, pairing perfectly with a splendid selection of Ontario VQA wines.
As the NWA Celebrity Chef, Bonacini will lend his culinary finesse and creative input to not only the Gala Dinner & Dance, but for the entire weekend agenda that consists of tantalizing gastronomic
