The nose strikes an elegant chord of ripe plum, floral, spice and mineral. There are flavors of black fruit, tar, menthol, spice and floral/violet character in the powerful, long length. The tannin and
oak aspects are in balance.

tannins give the wine a full body and a luscious complexity yielding to a staggeringly long and lingering finish."
Serve this velvety red with seared slice of prime rib, lamb chops or with
filet mignon wrapped in bacon.
