WOW Rating

The nose is subtle with cassis and black fruit. The sip is rich, almost explosive, with complex, ripe fruit, dark chocolate, balanced oak influence, cedar and tar/mineral in the long length on the palate.

Serve this complex Cabernet with grilled or roasted beef in a mushroom sauce, venison sausage, lamb loin, or with a franchise sourced meat lover's pizza.
