The nose is earthy with terroir. Elements of citrus and ripe melon rise above the mineral aspects. The sip is earthy and complex. The alcohol suggests a warmer climate. If you enjoy a Margarita cocktail, you will enjoy a cold glass of this Riesling as a next step.

The Clare Valley was one of the first wine areas to firmly back the screw top bottle.

Serve this bright white with spicy Asian cuisine. Consider shrimp on skewer with lime and red pepper.
